Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI)
NMDC Limited, a Government of India Enterprise under Ministry of Steel and a \\\\"Navratna\\\\" Publik Sector Company invites Expression of Interest from well established, reputed and major companies having opertions in India and overseas in mining and related activities preferably for 50:50 Joint Venture with NMDC for expansion of business, acquisition of Iron Ore and other mineral properties, creating value addition in existing/new mineral properties and other alled activities oveseas.
The willing parties may submit their Expression of Interest giving their credentials including Company profile, technical and financial details, specifying details of existing/planned operations in India and Overseas, incuding Joint Ventures, etc., for considertion. The parties may be required to make a presentation at NMDC, hyderabad.
The EOI be sent to the undersigned on or before 15.00 hours of 5.4.2008
